Tutorial | Mark Making Part 1 - Dry Media - Tuesday 25th November

£35.00

Tuesday 25th November at 7pm UK time

In this 2 hour tutorial on mark making within the landscape it will be a 60 minute discussion around approaching creative mark making using dry media with several recorded demonstrations using a range of materials and approaches. I will be showing you how I use traditional art materials and non-traditional materials to create a wide range of marks for using when drawing the landscape. The aim of the session is to liberate ourselves to try new things, let go and enjoy making marks rather than worrying too much about perfect drawings at the end. There will be some guided exercises for around 45 minutes with images for us to work through together. Finally there will be 15 minutes of Q&A.

Materials: if you would like to draw along you can and I would suggest whatever you have lying around. You can watch the tutorial and then decide where you want to spend your time and money.

Tutorials are recorded and you have 3 months to catch up on the session if you can’t join live. For those who are there live there will be an opportunity to ask questions and share work once the recording has stopped. I look forward to seeing you then!
