RECORDING - Landscape Drawing Wintry Landscapes exercises | 90 minutes

£15.00

This is a Zoom recording of a 90 minute Drawing Landscape on Zoom session, which took place on 17th December 2024. Once you have purchased the Recording a link will be sent to you within 24 hours and you have access to it for 3 months.

Details of the original session:

This session includes a presentation on visual features of Wintry Landscapes and a short demonstration of how I approach a winter scene. We will then do three shorter, warm up exercises and three longer, more focussed exercises building up layers.

For this session on Wintry Landscapes I would recommend working on paper with any drawing materials with a focus on temperatures using a range of cooler and warmer tones together will help draw out a sense of winter. If you aren’t sure about which colours are warm or cool (and it’s harder than most people think!) don’t worry we will discuss colour in the session. Charcoal, soft pastels and pencil in a range of cooler landscape colours would be great if you have them but please just work with what you have!
