Landscape Drawing on Zoom | Composition (Booking Closed)

£12.00
Sold Out

Drawing on Zoom sessions are 90 minutes, once per month on a Tuesday evening 7-8.30pm UK time. Sessions include an introduction and sometimes a short demonstration about a particular topic followed by some shorter, warm up exercises and some longer, more focussed exercises. These sessions are recorded and if you book the live session you will receive the recording the following day or if you miss the live session you can purchase the recording afterwards. We usually switch off the recording at the end of live sessions and have a Q&A session and general chat and anyone who wishes to can share their work. All levels are welcome! Zoom link and other useful information will be sent out 24 hours before the live session. See you then!

For this session on Composition, I would recommend simple paper and limited materials. Working with complex materials and colour make it harder to focus on the basic design. I would suggest paper and a pencil or charcoal or whatever you have, there is no need to buy anything specific. We will also do some notans (all will be explained!) so some cheap paper - the backs of envelopes are fine - and a dark marker pen are recommended. I will provide images for this session but you are of course more than welcome to use your own images.
